Under 18s finish strongly

Manager James McGarrell took his Northern Ireland Under 18 Team to Minesotta's in Ballymena to play a practice match against McKennas Bar who play in the Sixmilewater  League. And he must have been more than pleased with the showing put on by the Juniors.

The 1st session went the way of McKenna's by a 15-10 scoreline, but the U-18s settled better in the 2nd session to take it by 17-8 giving themselves an overall win of 27-23

All the lads played well with Corey Sweeney being top of the pots with a splendid 8/10

In another practice match, Derek Whiteside's B1s travelled to play a Ballymoney League Select. Local League rules and Blackball were played in a session each with the Ballymoney boys turning on the style with 21-6 and 16-11 wins respectively, giving themselves a very convincing overall win off 37-17
