Duff retains the NI Under 23 Title

A big well done to Declan Duff. The Lurgan lad has retained the Northern Ireland Under 23 Individual title to make it three wins in four years. Declan won 23 frames for the loss of only 8 on his way to becoming Champion again. Also well done to 18 year old Daryl McKee on reaching the Final, the Belfast lad registered a splendid 6-5 win over NIPA Invitational reigning Champion James Nesbitt in the Semi Final before going down 7-2 to the special talent that is Declan Duff.
