18 year old Stephen Carson (red tshirt) from Carrickfergus has won the NIPA Under 21s Title, in an action packed Competition up in Ballymena United Social Club. From a strong field of 34 players he beat 19 year old Raymond Christie (blue tshirt) from Upper Ballinderry, Lisburn, 5-1 in the Final. Raymond had come through 4 last frame deciders including 1 which was reracked twice to make the final, but had no answer to Carsons potting and cue ball positioning. Thanks to all the players who took part and again a big thanks to May Boyd and Ballymena United Social Club for the use of their facilities.
