THE COUNTDOWN IS ON to see who will become the 2011 Northern Ireland Mens Individual Blackball Champion. With a record entry for the NIPA's Flagship Competition it promises to be a fantastic tournament. Will it be McCarthy or McKelvey, Irwin or Clarke or Newell or McDowell. Whether it's one of these 6 or one of the other 122 entrants, we are in for a great weekend of Blackball Pool in the Lodge Hotel, Coleraine.
Come Sunday night 1 player will be holding the trophy aloft and just as importantly hold the title of 2011 Northern Ireland Individual Champion. Whoever wins will have earned it with a lot of skill on the green baize, mental stamina and probably a little bit of luck along the way.
