Group matches - Round robin, best of 7. Top 2 qualify
Knockout stage - Group winners play group runners up in Last 16
Rules - Group stages to "Blackball", knockout stages to RB Allsports "House Rules"
Entries - First 32 paid - no exceptions
Entry fee - £100, all players guaranteed at least 4 matches best of 7
Prize fund - Winner £1500 + crystal trophy, Runner Up £700, Semi Finalists £250 each, Quarter Finalists £125 each
