North Down & Ards Pool Association will be running a 5 - A - Side Charity Competition on Saturday 2nd June 2012 in memory of Norio Cafolla who was a past Chairman of the League. Norio, a professional player, was also the first Manager of the Northern Ireland team under the NIPA.
Although the Competition doesn't take place until next June the event is being announced well in advance so anyone wanting to enter a team has plenty of time to make arrangements etc, as interest is expected to be high.
Entry is £50 per team payable in advance, with half the money lifted going to prize money and the other half to charity. Each team must nominate a charity when they enter.
The event will be hosted in Bangor, venue to be confirmed. More details to follow.
