Well done to North Down and Ards duo Peter and Kathy Leddy, who recently became qualified Blackball Referees. In the exam set by the European Blackball Association, brother and sister Peter and Kathy were the only 2 to pass out of 11 initial participants with marks of 92% and 88% respectively. (Pass mark is 80%). One will go forward as Northern Ireland representitive on the EBA Referees Committee which is in the process of being formed.
