** Announcing our new Seniors (Over 40's) Pool Tour **
**Please note, this is an NIPA ran event so registration closing time and dress code guidelines will be applied**
The N.I.P.A are running a new Seniors Pool Tour for Over 40s with the first event on Sunday 9th December. Various venues throught NI will be used culminating with a Finals Day in Bangor in May 2013. Dates and information below.
Tour 1 - Sunday 9th December 2012 - Shooters Sports Bar (Bangor)
Tour 2 - Sunday 13th January 2013 - St Comgalls Club (Larne)
Tour 3 - Saturday 26th January 2013 - Ballymena United Social Club (Ballymena)
Tour 4 - Sunday 3rd March 2013 - Sperrin Club (Coleraine)
Tour 5 - Sunday 7th April 2013 - Primacy Sports Bar (Bangor)
Tour 6 - Sunday 28th April 2013 - 147 Snooker & Pool Club (Omagh)
Finals Day - Sunday 26th May 2013 - Shooters Sports Bar (Bangor)
Name - NIPA Seniors Pool Tour
Cost - £20 per event
Entry - Players must be over 40 on the day of a particular tour. ID may be asked for
Ballot - Each player playing in an event will have his/her name entered into a ballot drawn on the day for free entry into the next Tour event.
Payout - £50 & £25 to Winner & Runner Up on the Day. The rest all carries through to Finals Day
Finals Day - Players must play in at least 3/6 Tours to be eligible for Finals Day which will be a Top 16 seeded draw. First round losers on Finals Day will enter a Plate Competition
Dress code - Yes, strict NIPA dress code.
Start time - Registration closes at 12noon sharp
Format - Knockout
Points per event - Winner=12, Runner U=10, Semi Finalists=8, Quarter Finalists=6, Last 16=4, Last 32=2, Last 64=1 Appearance points=5
