The N.I.P.A will be issuing 2013/2014 affiliation invoices to all Leagues who were with us in the 2012/2013 season. These will be going out at the start of October.
If any new League or existing unaffiliated League would like to join us, please just send an email to nipablackball@yahoo.co.uk and we will endeavour to answer any questions you may have. Cost per League is the same as last time round, at £150.
If any existing affiliated League has had a change of Secretary or NIPA point of contact, please email us at the above address with all new details (name, email and phone)
