Congratulations to Declan Duff who is the new Northern Ireland Under 18 Individual Champion. 16 year old Declan who heads off to Malta next week to the Nations Cup played superbly throughout beating Bradley Boreland 6-0 in the final. But watch out for Bradley in years to come. Declan's win also guarantees him selection onto the NI Under 18 Team if participating at the 2014 European Championships in Bridlington and 2014 World Championships (Venue TBC)
