McConnells of Doagh from the Ballyclare & District Pool League hosted the fourth annual
McConnells v Legends Charity Pool match. After a tight opening session the match scores were level at 4-4. In the second session the young McConnells team moved through the gears with eight in a row to take a commanding 12-4 lead. The Legends rallied a bit to give the final scoreline a bit of respectibility in a 15-7 win for McConnells who lift the Sammy Hynds trophy for the third time.
Pool aside, £220 was raised for the chosen Charity "ARTIBILITY" which is based on Agnes Street, Belfast. Massive thanks to everyone who contributed to what was a fantastic night of craic, banter and togetherness in the Doagh venue
