Congratulations to Jason Horner (Newtownards) and Paul Withers (Ballynahinch) who both passed the recent NIPA sitting of the Blackball Rules Referees Exam. Commiserations to those who did not pass we will be doing another sitting next season for anyone wishing a resit or anyone wanting to sit it for their first time.
