The new NIPA Tour for Under 15/18 & 23s kicks off this coming Sunday 27th September in Potters of Coleraine. Open to all young cueists male and female
Registration in Potters closes sharp at 12.00 noon. Players must register in person and be members of the NIPA. Memberships available at any time and on the day. £15 adults, £10 Under 18s 
Event 1 - Sunday 27th September 2015 - Potters Club, Coleraine
Event 2 - Sunday 18th October 2015 - 147 Club, Omagh
Event 3 - Sunday 29th November 2015 - Q.Club, Larne
Event 4 - Sunday 17th January 2016 - Potters Club, Coleraine
Event 5 - Sunday 20th March 2016 - 147 Club, Omagh
Finals Day - Sunday 22nd May 2016 - Q.Club, Larne
Cost - £10 per event
Payout - Winner £25, Runner Up £15 on the day. Rest C/F to Finals Day
Format - Round Robin Groups (2 points for a win, 1 for a draw) and Knockout
Draw - Random draw
Handicap - Under 15s receive a 1 frame start
Frames - Each match 6 frames all played out (unless handicap invoked)
On the day group seperators - Points, FD, H2H, Play Off Frame
Overall table seperator - Points, FW in KO stage, Most appearances, Play off
Age criteria - Players must be Under 23 on 1/1/16
Points towards Finals Day as follows - WINNER=12, R-Up=10, SF=8, QF=6, L16=4, L32=2
Appearance - Players receive 5 appearance points for each event they attend
Proof of age - Please bring ID with DOB
Dress - NIPA dress code applies to all players
