Here we go for the 2016 NIPA Interleague events !!! Whose name will be added to the famous Shields come Saturday and Sunday nights ? It looks like a very open field this year with no real clear cut favourites. We welcome new leagues East Down under the captaincy of Tom Morgan and Castlewellan under Brendan Blaney. The weekend will be hosted by City Air Express Carrick & District Pool League and will take place in the Nortel Social Club, Newtownabbey.

Club Open - From 9:00am. Breakfast available
Registation Time - Registration closes 11.00am.
Cost - £50 per team if NIPA affiliated, £100 if not
Dress Code - NIPA Competition dress code
Format - Group Stage, Knock Out and Plate
Team size - 11 a-side (15 maximum per squad)
Criteria - Players must have played in a minimum of 25% of available fixtures in the League they are representing this current season

TEAMS CANNOT ENTER A TEAM INTO THE 'B' TEAM EVENT UNLESS THEY ENTER A TEAM INTO THE 'A' TEAM EVENT. EXCEPTIONS TO THIS ARE LADIES TEAMS
Team Registration closes at 11:00am. One player from a team can register for the whole team. Any team not registered by this time will lose one frame for every 5 minutes they are late in registering. Any frames lost for late registration will apply to all that teams matches in the group stage. Play will start at approximately 11:15am. The Club will be open from 9.00am for practice and breakfast. All Team Captains are reminded to make sure all players adhere to N.I.P.A dress code.
