The NIPA would like to welcome Rab McCullough to position of Mens 'A' Team Manager. Derek Whiteside will in turn move up to B1 Manager as we start to plan ahead for the 2017 EBA European Championships. B teams will be 7 person teams from now onwards and this change will attract teams from other Nations rather than just the UK and Ireland, Belguim and The Netherlands being the first two to have shown a solid interest in attending.
