Congratulations to Ryan Foster on winning the NIPA Tour Event Number 1 which was held in Reds Sports Lounge on Sunday 17th September. After battling his way to the the Final Ryan faced an in form Ricky Clyde but he saved his best performance of the day to last winning by seven frames to two.
