The NIPA Committee would like to offer our condolences to our Specials 'A' Team Manager and Chairman of the Specials Section John Clarke on the passing of his mother Winifred after an illness.
The funeral will take place at 2.00pm in the Old Congregation Presbyterian Church, Randalstown on Thursday 30th November
