What a weekend

Well the weekend at the Lodge has passed and what a weekend it was. We have four new National Champions - Pat McAnally (Mens), Michelle Roonay (Ladies), Ronan McCarthy (Seniors) and Willie Eakin (Masters). Antrim 147 retained the Willie Lucas Super 7s Memorial for a remarkable fourth year in a row.

So many people to thank for making the weekend the success it was, apologies if anyone hasnt been listed. So in no particular order - The Lodge Hotel itself for everything they do for us, McLeans Bookmakers for sponsoring the weekends events, you the players for all your support, Eddie and Gareth at Baizecraft, Iain Britton for fixing the streaming issues and staying on to run it, Gillian Rolston for organising fantastic prizes for the ballot (£715 lifted), Rab McCullough for the Big Break Challenge (£175 net), referees Kathy Leddy and Alex Irvine, Pauline Lynch for controlling the Top Table, Paddy Lynch, Robert Hawkins and Willie Lucas's son Dayne.

The pitch and toss for one and a half litres of Jack Daniels was won by Neil McFaul and amazingly Neil won the main ballot prize too !!

The Big Break Challenge was shared by Ian Boal, Tasha Magill and Ryan Scott
