Six five person teams took part in a pre Brid warm up today in the Q.Club, Sunday 28th April. Each team was given a handicap and it was played in a single group Round Robin format with the top four teams progressing to the Semi Finals. There were some great performances throughout the day but non better so than our Under 15 Team who showed maturity away above their young years. Before the Event started the NIPA remembered long time stalwart Eric Sterrett who passed away recently, with a minutes applause. Thanks to all the players for attending and to the Q.Club for hosting the event. Winners of our ballot were as follows -
1st Prize (£200 Drinks hamper - Alan Corrigan, Carrickfergus)
2nd Prize (Mens' Pamper Hamper - Sandy Burke, Larne)
3rd Prize (Ladies Pamper Hamper - Lorna Wood, Newry)
4th Prize (£50 Meal Voucher - Gary Clarke, Ballymena)
