It's well done to Sam Newell (Bangor) who won the Final of the NIPA 2019 Tour Event 2. In a very close match he just edged Ryan Foster (Ballymena) 7-6 to claim the winners Prize of £450. The match was played in the Q.Club, Larne today Saturday 15th June.
