Firstly it was great to be back at our first event after lock down with the NIPA Shoot Out taking place in Antrim Sports Club.
And it was Antrim's own Rab Fee who took the top prize seeing off everyone on his way with some lethal finishing. In the Final he met Larne's 18 year old Ryan Marcus who had also played some superb Pool to make the last two. But it was the experience of Rab that won through for a comfortable 5-1 win.
Highlight of the day must have been the match between Paddy Clarke and Alan Johnston. Paddy led 4-2 with only 3 minutes left on the clock but BOOM !!!! Alan has a golden break to bring it back to 4-3, Paddy has a golden duck to make the match level at 4-4 and amazingly Alan fires in another golden break to steal the match 5-4 !!!
