News has appeared on the UK Blackball site about the Men's format for the upcoming European Championships.
" The 'A' Team is a round robin where each team plays each other once. Each match is 5 sets of 5 frames. Each player in a team plays a different opponent in each of the 5 sets. The top 4 teams go through to the semi-final with 1st v 4th and 2nd v 3rd. "
" The 'B' Team event is also round robin. Each match is best of 33 with 3 sets of 11 frames. The top 4 teams advance to the semi-finals. 1st v 4th and 2nd v 3rd. "
