A big congratulations to Sara Greenberg. The current No 2 Ranked NI lady player has just become the new Northern Ireland Ladies 2013 Individual Champion. 16 Ladies battled it out for the title in the Primacy Sports Bar, Bangor on Sunday 9th December and it was Greenberg from Newtownabbey and Alex Babb from Newtownards who made it through to the Final.
After trailing 2-4, Babb came back to level at 4-4 and force a 9th and deciding frame. But it was Greenberg, who is sponsored by Newtownabbey Borough Council, who held her nerve best to become the new NI Ladies Individual Champion.
