The EBA have introduced a new section this year for over 50's called the Masters. The NIPA will be entering a Northern Ireland team at the European Championships in Bridlington in March. They travelled to the Sportsmans Bar tonight, Friday 22nd February, to play a warm up match against a select team of Ballyclare cueists who will also be travelling to Bridlington with various teams. The Masters ran out 13-12 winners in a very tight match with the 5 session scores as follows (Ballyclare first) 3-2, 3-2, 3-2, 2-3, 1-4. Top point scorer for the Masters was Joe Patton wih 4/5. For the hosts it was Jonny Mackay also with 4/5
