MORE GOLD & SILVER FOR NI CUEISTS

It's more great news from the IPA World Blackball Championships as Collette Henriksen (Enniskillen) and partner Rab Fee (Antrim) took gold in the Mixed Doubles event. In the Final they defeated newly crowned Ladies World Champion Michelle Roonay (Enniskillen) and her partner Scott Ross (Glasgow). And like so many matches over the week it went right down to the wire with Collette and Rab edging it 5-4 in the deciding frame.

No let up for the top players as the IPA are straight back in action with the Freesports Blackball Champions Cup which kicks off tomorrow night Monday 12th February. Players from NI competing are Ronan McCarthy, Rab Fee, Gary Clarke and Michelle Roonay.
